Overview
Exciting opportunity with long-term scope. Established recruitment agency working within our busy multi-sector divisions. Excellent training and progression prospects with fast tracking to becoming a recruitment consultant within 6-12 months. Varied and exciting role. On call one weekend in 6 with payment. Contract: Permanent, FULL TIME
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Plus one weekend in 6 on call, approx. on-call pay Β£150 per on-call period)
Salary: Β£24,500 + On call + commission (based on references obtained and candidates registered in a month) + benefits and opportunity to progress within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit staff across all divisions;
- Attend job fairs and job centres;
- Source CVs for consultants;
- Greet/register candidates;
- Input candidate details into the recruitment system;
- Check availability and book staff;
- Help assess candidates and chase work references.
Work within a fantastic team of consultants and help them achieve their targets day-to-day. Support long-term opportunities within the role with potential to move into a consultant's role within 6-12 months.
About the Company: Established since February 2005, Cornwall Staff Agency has specialised in recruiting temporary and permanent candidates within Hospitality/Catering, Care, Commercial and Industrial sectors throughout Cornwall and the South West.
Candidate Specification:
- Excellent communication and IT skills;
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic;
- Experience in sales, customer service or recruitment is preferred;
- Able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced team environment;
- Ability to identify, proactively plan and source staff for various clients for temp and perm roles.
