We are looking for a Seasonal Chef to join our busy seaside restaurant in North Cornwall, located on a stunning coastal setting. This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef to work with fresh, local, seasonal produce in a fast-paced but supportive kitchen environment.

The role:
- Working closely with the Senior Chef, you will help deliver high-quality dishes during a busy seasonal service while maintaining excellent kitchen standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Support daily kitchen service in a high-volume environment
- Assist Senior Chef during service and cover in their absence
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Support and help train junior kitchen team members
