An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our prestigious riverside hotel and spa in beautiful Cornwall near Falmouth. You will be part of a professional, supportive, and friendly team dedicated to creating a serene and rejuvenating experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Deliver all spa and beauty treatments to a consistently high standard within allocated timeframes.
- Provide an exceptional, personalised guest experience through individual attention and professional expertise.
- Promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas in line with health and safety standards.
- Manage stock levels, monitor product usage, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Support effective scheduling to meet guest demand and maximise spa revenue.
- Participate in ongoing training and performance development sessions.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, following company policy.
Requirements
- Recognised Beauty or Spa Therapy qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) – essential.
- Previous experience in a spa or salon environment – desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Passion for wellness, relaxation, and delivering exceptional guest care.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach.

Working Hours
