Support Worker /Care Assistants wanted- Drivers Only
Location: Launceston/Camelford/Callington and Gunnislake-East Cornwall
Salary: £12.21 – £14.96 per hour
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible hours available
About the Role:
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers AND Care Assistants to join our growing team in East Conwall.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Working within residential care homes as well as supported living accommodation
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice
- Support individuals in accessing the community and engaging in social activities
- Maintain accurate records and work in line with care plans
- Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in care and support roles is essential
- Flexibility to work various shifts including some weekends, evenings, or sleep-ins (if required)
