Join a supportive care team across Cornwall. We’re hiring Health Care Assistants. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible hours, with career progression and extensive training available.
What You Need
- A friendly, caring and reliable nature
- Full UK driving licence & access to your own car
- Shifts available: 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm
- A minimum of 3 months care experience within the UK
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship is available for this role)
Pay Rates
- Weekday (under 2 hours): £13.30 per hour
- Weekday (2 hours or more): £12.80 per hour
- Weekend (2 hours or more): £13.00 per hour
- Bank Holidays: up to £15.15 per hour
- Training and travel time: £12.21 per hour
The Role
You’ll support clients in their own homes to live safely and independently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, meals, medication)
- Offering companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with daily tasks and outings
- Being a trusted and familiar presence
