Hotel Operations Manager

Luxury Hotel – Cornwall Full-time | Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

An award-winning luxury hotel located near one of Cornwall’s vibrant coastal towns is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong Front of House or Operational Management experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellence across all departments
  • Maintain consistent delivery of 5-star service standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff across the hotel
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to ensure optimal performance
  • Drive revenue, maximise profitability, and contribute to strategic business growth
  • Identify training needs and support ongoing learning and development initiatives

    • About You

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment PARTICULARY within food and beverage operations.
  • A natural leader with the ability to inspire and engage both staff and guests
  • Strong commitment to exceptional guest care and service delivery
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high standards of presentation throughout the hotel
  • Confident in managing staffing levels and anticipating operational needs
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly around events and guest requirements
