We’re recruiting for dedicated Community Care Workers to join our friendly team across Cornwall — providing support to individuals in their own homes and helping them live life to the fullest.
Responsibilities
- Visiting clients in their homes to provide person-centred care and support.
- Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Preparing meals and assisting at mealtimes.
- Supporting mobility and medication prompts.
- Domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
Working Hours
We offer flexible shifts to fit around your lifestyle, including:
- Morning and afternoon shifts.
- Full-day shifts (7am – 10pm).
- Weekend and evening work is available with enhanced pay rates.
Pay Rates
Weekday: £13.50 per hour - £14.25 per hour (Paid mileage and travel time may also apply depending on location.)
