About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Engagement Representative to support a growing organisation delivering high-quality connectivity services across the Southwest. This is a field-based role focused on raising brand awareness, engaging directly with local communities, including door-to-door outreach, and generating leads ahead of service launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand within local communities through events, outreach, and door-to-door engagement
  • Generate leads and support pre-launch activity in targeted areas
  • Build strong relationships with residents and local stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to support campaign success
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, or a similar role
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Willingness to travel across Devon and Cornwall
