We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant who can start immediately and is confident handling routine Accounts Payable tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily processing of invoices
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Liaising with internal teams and suppliers as required
- Providing general support within the Accounts Payable function
Working Hours
Monday to Friday Either 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm 35-hour working week
Contract Details
Initial 4-week assignment Potential to continue on a rolling week-to-week basis Weekly pay every Friday via PAYE

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
