We are currently recruiting for a full time experienced and enthusiastic Catering & Retail Supervisor to join a popular adventure park based on the outskirts of Wadebridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience in hospitality, catering, retail, or leisure environments who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused setting. Temporary ongoing role for the season with a start date of July 17th.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising catering and retail team members during daily operations
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Supporting staff motivation and performance
- Assisting with stock control, merchandising, and cash handling procedures
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting management with the smooth running of outlets across the park
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within catering, hospitality, retail, or leisure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Driver with own transport due to location
