A Michelin Key-awarded boutique hotel in the heart of St Mawes is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join its front‑of‑house team for the summer season.
Set on the rocks overlooking the water, the hotel offers a relaxed yet luxurious dining experience, with a focus on genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and the very best of Cornish produce.
The award‑winning restaurant celebrates seasonal, local ingredients and delivers memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the smooth running of daily restaurant service
- Leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team
- Delivering friendly, professional, and attentive service
- Ensuring excellent standards of presentation and hospitality
- Supporting training and development of team members
- Working closely with the kitchen team to provide a seamless guest experience
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience
- A passion for great food, service, and guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- The ability to work well in a busy, seasonal environment
