The role includes:
- Preparing and cooking high‑quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients
- Supporting the senior kitchen team during daily service
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Working as part of a passionate and professional team within a busy 2 AA Rosette restaurant
