The Role
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service, strong team performance and an outstanding guest experience.
- Leading and motivating the restaurant team
- Maintaining exceptional service standards
- Managing stock and minimising wastage
- Working within budgets and financial targets
- Controlling costs and driving revenue
- Training and developing the team
- Delivering food and wine training
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and service
- Supporting the continued growth of the restaurant
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years' restaurant management experience
- Experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel
- Excellent food and wine knowledge
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience managing stock, budgets and costs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A passion for exceptional customer service
- A hands-on and professional approach
- The ambition to take the restaurant to the next level
