Pay: Weekly every Friday via PAYE

Start date: ASAP - ideally Thursday 20th August 2026 for induction

Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week, with up to 45 hours available

Contract: Temporary with temp-to-permanent opportunities for the right candidates

We are currently recruiting for Outbound Call Agents to join our team at our on-site location in Lostwithiel. We are ideally looking to recruit 5 agents to start on Thursday 20th August 2026.

The Role

This is an outbound calling role only. You will not be required to handle inbound calls. You will work across a range of charity campaigns, including:

  • Supporter upgrades: Calling existing charity supporters to discuss increasing the monthly donation they already make.
  • Sales campaigns: Calling people who have previously expressed an interest in hearing from a charity, with the aim of converting them to either a monthly Direct Debit donation or a monthly charity lottery product.

Working Hours

Minimum of 16 hours per week

Up to 45 hours per week available

Work available Monday to Saturday

The site is closed on Sundays

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

About You

We are looking for confident and reliable individuals who are comfortable speaking to people over the telephone and are motivated by achieving results. Previous call centre, telesales or outbound calling experience would be beneficial, but is not essential as training will be provided.
