About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help plan and deliver marketing campaigns that reach the right customers and support the growth of the business.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work across different marketing channels, create engaging content and help make sure campaigns are delivered on time and achieve their goals.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, direct mail and printed materials.
  • Write clear and engaging marketing content for different audiences.
  • Help organise and support marketing events and activities.
  • Manage customer lists and campaign data.
  • Work with other teams to understand what they need from marketing.
  • Work with external suppliers when needed.
  • Track how campaigns are performing and report on the results.
  • Help manage marketing budgets and keep track of campaign costs.
  • Look at what is working and suggest ways to improve future campaigns.
  • Help make sure all marketing activity is accurate, on brand and delivered on time.

We're looking for someone who is

  • Experienced in planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • A confident and creative writer.
  • Comfortable working across digital and traditional marketing.
  • Highly organised and able to manage several projects at once.
  • Confident working with data and campaign results.
  • Good at managing deadlines and working with different people.
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
  • Customer-focused and able to understand different audiences.
  • Comfortable using digital marketing tools and platforms.

It would be great if you also have

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing role.
  • A marketing qualification or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform.
  • Experience using CRM, website or marketing reporting systems.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused industry.
