We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join our bank team on an ad hoc, temporary basis at a 26-bed care home in Liskeard.

Your Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will
- Support residents with their day-to-day living
- Provide high-quality care for elderly residents
- Assist with personal care, including toileting, washing, dressing, mealtimes and medication
- Build positive relationships and be a familiar, reassuring presence
- Provide companionship and help improve the quality of life for those in your care
- Work as part of a dedicated care team to deliver person-centred care
- Pay Rates
- Weekday Day: £12.80 per hour
- Weekday Night: £13.85 per hour
- Saturday: £13.10 per hour
- Sunday Day: £13.35 per hour
- Weekend Night: £13.90 per hour
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have or be willing to update
- A valid Adult DBS
- Relevant care certificates/training
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
- Previous experience in a healthcare or care setting
