Healthcare Assistant

We are recruiting for Healthcare Assistants who have a passion for supporting clients in their own home environment.

We are a trusted recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience, supporting a wide range of clients across Cornwall and parts of Devon within a variety of care settings.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant is essential
  • A caring, reliable and professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as this is a community-based role

Shifts are available seven days a week, giving you the flexibility to work around your availability.

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect in clients' own homes
  • Assisting with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene
  • Supporting clients with everyday living tasks to help them remain independent
  • Preparing meals and providing medication prompts
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Promoting independence, wellbeing and quality of life within the community
  • Travelling between clients' homes throughout your shift
  • Ongoing opportunities with a supportive team
