Clinical Admin Assistant - Hayle

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 9am-4pm
Working Days: Monday, Thursday and Friday
Duration: Up to 2 months, with the potential for extension

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Clinical Admin Assistant to provide administrative support at a healthcare site in Hayle. This is an initial assignment for up to two months, with the potential for an extension for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Printing and preparing documents.
- Collating and organising files into folders.
- Scanning patient notes and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
- Helping ensure documentation is organised and readily accessible.
Requirements
- An Enhanced DBS covering both the Adult and Child Workforce is essential to already have.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A reliable, proactive approach to work.
- Previous experience in administration, marketing or as a Teaching Assistant (TA) would be beneficial, although direct administrative experience is not essential.
