The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen brigade and take charge of service in their absence.
You'll be involved in:
- Leading and developing the kitchen team
- Maintaining exceptional food and presentation standards
- Menu development and costing
- Purchasing, stock control and waste reduction
- Training and developing junior chefs
- Ensuring excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Who are they looking for?

You'll ideally have previous Sous Chef/Senior Sous Chef experience, strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for quality food and developing people.
