Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests
- Assisting with guest requests throughout the night
- Conducting regular security checks across the hotel and grounds
- Preparing public areas for the following day
- Supporting the reception team with guest arrivals and departures
- Handling telephone enquiries and overnight administration duties
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff and premises at all times
- Assisting with set-up requirements for functions and events where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within a hotel Night Porter, Night Reception or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible approach with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
