We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations. You will ensure smooth coordination across all departments and maintain consistently high service standards. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for guest experience, team leadership, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
  • Support Heads of Department and the General Manager
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
  • Drive revenue across F&B, spa, and accommodation
  • Manage budgets, payroll, and operational costs
  • Lead, train, and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and legal standards
  • Maintain property standards and coordinate maintenance
  • Support recruitment and staff development

About You

  • Experience in hotel operations or duty management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Calm, organised, and guest-focused under pressure
  • Financially aware with budget experience
  • Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented
