We are currently recruiting reliable and compassionate Community Carers to support clients within the Falmouth area on an ad hoc basis.
Available shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm, 4:00pm – 10:00pm, 7am - 10pm. Shifts are available across any day of the week, offering flexibility to fit around your availability.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support
- Assisting with bathing and dressing
- Supporting with daily living tasks
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication prompts
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and wellbeing within clients’ homes
Requirements:
- Previous care experience essential
- Compassionate and reliable approach
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
- DBS, Safeguarding, Manual Handling, Medication, First Aid
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rates from £13.75 - £14.50
- Mileage - Home to Home minus 10 miles at 45p
- Weekly PAYE pay every Friday
