What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the lounge, bar, conservatory and terrace
- Inspiring, coaching and developing the bar team
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Managing stock, ordering and cellar operations
- Maintaining licensing, health & safety and service standards
- Working alongside senior management to maximise performance and guest satisfaction
What They're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Lounge Manager, Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor
- A hands‑on leader with excellent communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and outstanding customer service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to evenings, weekends and busy periods
