An established and growing technology recruitment business is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its expanding team in Cornwall, Roche. With a strong presence in London and a successful office in Roche, the company is continuing its investment in growth, including the launch of a brand-new Cornwall office this July. The team currently consists of 11 experienced consultants and support staff, creating an excellent opportunity to join a business with proven success and exciting plans for the future.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with at least 12 months of experience within recruitment or a sales-focused role who is looking to build a long-term career with excellent earning potential and genuine progression opportunities.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement, specialising within the technology market. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with clients.
- Managing recruitment assignments from initial briefing through to offer and placement.
- Sourcing, interviewing and engaging high-calibre technology professionals.
- Developing expertise within a specialist market and building a strong network.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and placement terms.
- Managing a pipeline of permanent and contract vacancies.
- Attending client meetings in London and across the UK, with all travel and accommodation expenses fully covered.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in recruitment or a target-driven sales environment (minimum 12 months).

Salary & Benefits
