We are recruiting multiple people to support our client, a trusted broadband provider, across the local area. Being a Broadband Customer Advisor, you will be speaking with local residents by going door-to-door, helping to raise awareness of the broadband service and gathering details from those who express an interest. Any leads generated will be passed directly to the sales team for follow-up. Please note that this role involves a significant amount of walking and driving throughout the day. This is not a direct sales position, and you will not be expected to sell products or close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in local communities through door-to-door visits
- Speak with residents and help generate interest
- You will be commuting anywhere across Cornwall and/or Devon
- Build positive relationships with local people and businesses
- Work towards individual and team targets
- Work closely with colleagues to help campaigns run smoothly
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is helpful
- Confident speaking to people and building relationships
- Self‑motivated and able to work towards targets
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence required
- The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining their own business insurance.
- Willing to travel across Devon and Cornwall
