Team Administrator - Temporary Contract
Location: Bodmin, Cornwall
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm
Contract: 3 months, with the possibility of extension
Working pattern: Full-time, with part-time considered
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and organised Team Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare agendas, minutes, meeting packs, and correspondence.
- Arrange meetings, room bookings, and events.
- Maintain databases and administrative systems, ensuring information is accurate and confidential.
- Assist with reports, website updates, and general enquiries.
- Provide support to colleagues and cover additional administrative duties when required.
About You
We are seeking a bubbly and approachable person with a can-do attitude, who enjoys working with others and contributes to a positive and enjoyable office atmosphere.
You will have previous administrative experience, good IT skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. You should be confident managing a busy workload, organising meetings or events, and handling confidential information.
Previous experience in administration essential.
