Broadband Customer Advisor

We're recruiting multiple Broadband Customer Advisors to support a well-established broadband provider across Devon and Cornwall.

As a Broadband Customer Advisor, you'll be out in the community, visiting local residents door-to-door to introduce the broadband service, answer any questions and identify people who may be interested. Any leads you generate will be passed on to the sales team, so there's no pressure to sell or close deals.

Please note this is an active role involving regular walking and driving throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit residential areas to promote awareness of the broadband service
  • Speak with local residents and gather details from those interested
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team
  • Build positive relationships within the community
  • Work towards individual and team targets
  • Deliver a friendly and professional service at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales or a similar customer‑facing role is desirable
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of people
  • Motivated, reliable and happy working towards targets
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • You will need to arrange your own business insurance for your vehicle
  • Willing to travel throughout Devon and Cornwall
