Accounts Payable & Administration Assistant

  • Location: Holmbush, St Austell
  • Pay: £13.75 per hour + Holiday Pay
  • Contract: Temporary (2-3 months)
  • Hours: 4 days per week, 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable & Administration Assistant to join the team at Cornwall Hospice in Holmbush, St Austell, on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with accounts and administration experience who is available to start immediately.

Working Hours:

  • Monday and Tuesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm (fixed)
  • Two additional days: Flexible, agreed with the manager
  • Total of 4 days per week

Pay & Benefits:

  • £13.75 per hour
  • Weekly pay every Friday
  • PAYE payroll
  • Holiday pay accrued

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous accounts payable or finance administration experience
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available to start ASAP

Duties will include:

  • Processing accounts payable invoices and supporting the finance team
  • Operating and processing staff timesheets
  • General accounts administration
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general administrative support as required
  • Assisting with other finance and office duties
