You will have a proven track record working as a senior commis looking for a step up in their role or Chef de Partie looking for their next challenge.
The Role:
- Working as part of a skilled kitchen team in a busy hospitality operation
- Assisting with the preparation and service of fresh, seasonal dishes
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
