The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen brigade and take charge of service in their absence.
You’ll be involved in:
Leading and developing the kitchen team
Maintaining exceptional food and presentation standards
Menu development and costing
Purchasing, stock control and waste reduction
Training and developing junior chefs
Ensuring excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

You’ll ideally have previous Sous Chef/Senior Sous Chef experience, strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for quality food and developing people.
