Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Physiotherapy Support Worker (Band 4) to join the South Kerrier Community Rehabilitation Team, based at Helston Community Hospital. You will work under physiotherapists to triage, assess, treat and discharge patients within your caseload, supporting a multidisciplinary team.
This community-based role requires travel across Cornwall to various locations; experience in inpatient/community settings is preferred.
