Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Tissue Viability Nurse to join the Tissue Viability Team in North and East Cornwall. You will assess and support patients and develop tissue viability skills across the health community.

We require registration with NMC, a BSc in Nursing or equivalent, and substantial post-graduate experience in tissue viability or wound care. This role offers flexible working contexts within a supportive NHS environment.
