This role will be supported by a Consultant Psychiatrist, with opportunities for the right individual to enhance their skills and develop through the pathway route to specialist registration or as a multi professional approved clinician.

The post holder will work with the Home Treatment Team manager to continue to improve the service and review relevant performance data.

They will assess new referrals to the Home Treatment Team and review case notes of patients that are not accepted into Home Treatment Team.
