The Private Client Solicitor/ Legal Executive role is an opportunity for a qualified experienced Solicitor in the Private Client department in our Camborne/ Penzance office. The successful candidate will play an active role in building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the department’s services to generate new business across the firm.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Advising clients on all aspects of Private Client matters including, but not limited to Wills, Administering estates, Powers of Attorney, Deputyships, the Court of Protection, Lifetime trusts
- Managing a designated portfolio of clients and matters to achieve targeted fees
- Providing a fully comprehensive client service in a cost-effective and efficient manner
- Delivering exceptional quality of service to clients
- Extensive tax and trusts knowledge and expertise
- Extensive non-contentious Private Client knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships
- A proactive approach to your work and a willingness and ability to use your own initiative
- Calm and confident manner to handle potentially challenging matters
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
