We are seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Practising Rights with 3 years or more PQE to join our Litigation Department.

We are a high street practice based in North Cornwall and have three offices in Bodmin, Camelford and Wadebridge.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual who will be able to manage a varied high quality caseload across a broad range of litigation matters.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be in control of their own caseload with the backing of a supportive team.
They will be able to get involved in the business development of the department and networking as well as maintaining the good relationship that we have with our existing clients.
The role is for someone who is commercially aware, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meticulous in their approach to the work they are involved in.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Practising Rights
- Experience managing your own litigation caseload
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent client care skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- A positive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to remain calm, constructive, and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment
- Effective organisational and file management skills
- A sound understanding of AML compliance and risk management in litigation
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with colleagues from other departments within the firm.
