About the role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing holistic, person‑centred care, ensuring every patient is treated with dignity, respect and kindness. Your role will include:

  • Supporting with personal care and daily living needs
  • Helping patients feel comfortable, safe and cared for
  • Providing emotional support to patients and their loved ones
  • Working closely with nurses and the wider team to deliver the highest quality care
  • Creating a calm, compassionate and reassuring environment
