We are a family-run, luxury holiday business based in the heart of Cornwall, offering exceptional stays in some of the region’s most beautiful and unique properties. With a strong focus on personal service, high-end experiences, and attention to detail, we take pride in creating unforgettable holidays for our guests while building lasting relationships with our property owners.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a warm, professional, and organised Property and Sales Coordinator to join our small, dedicated team.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive Property and Sales Coordinator to join our team in beautiful Cornwall. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Cornwall and will play a key role within the business blending property management, sales, and outstanding customer care.

As a key point of contact between property owners, holiday guests, and the team, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating new property listings, supporting owners, and assisting the sales and managed services teams through effective communication, organisation, and local knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to sales and booking enquiries via phone, email, and Live Chat, and Portals.
  • Monitor reviews across all platforms (Feefo & Portals) and respond accordingly.
  • Ensure guests receive accurate arrival information and excellent service throughout the lead up and duration of their holiday.

Property

  • Assist the New Business Manager with the onboarding of new holiday homes within the Cornwall Hideaways portfolio ensuring all listing information, photography, descriptions, and compliance checks are complete.
  • Assist the Managed Services team by working closely with property owners to ensure their homes are guest ready and maintained year-round by addressing maintenance, feedback, and coordinating housekeeping.
  • Carry out property visits to aid with the onboarding of new properties and to also ensure standards and expectations are being met with existing properties.
  • Manage complaints professionally and liaise with relevant teams to resolve promptly.

Out of Hours Emergency Cover

  • Cover the emergency out of hours line on a rota basis – additional renumeration.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property coordination, hospitality, or holiday lettings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and great at multitasking.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Strong IT skills; confident with bookings systems and CRM platforms.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. A company car is available for property visits.

Working hours: Mon – Sat, 9:00 – 17:00 (30-min lunch break), with a day off in the week. Includes covering the out of hours emergency phone on a rota basis.
