Building on our recent recruitment success, we are now seeking to appoint inspirational Assistant Headteacher(s) to lead a key area of responsibility, including Inclusion or Raising Standards, ensuring that systems and approaches work together to secure an exceptional educational experience for every learner. You will lead in a specific area of responsibility depending on experience, expertise and interest ensuring that all systems and approaches work together to secure exceptional educational experiences for every learner.
The successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of leading people and systems in a secondary setting, with a proven track record of improving culture, standards, and educational experiences. You will understand how to inspire young people, staff and families, building a climate of belief, belonging and aspiration.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has a proven track record of leading inclusive practice that raises attainment and improves outcomes for all learners, particularly the most vulnerable
- Has a strong understanding of how high-quality teaching and curriculum design secure progress for learners with additional needs
- Uses data and evidence intelligently to identify barriers, close gaps and drive improvement
- Understands how inclusive, pastoral and academic approaches work together to raise standards
- Has a genuine commitment to ensuring every learner can succeed and thrive
- Can inspire trust, build strong relationships and hold others to account with clarity and purpose
