Location: Stoke Climsland
Salary: £25,050.48 FTE (Actual pro-rata salary for 20 hours £9,895.20 per annum plus £1,446.22 holiday payment, total pro-rata salary £11,341.42 per annum, £14.92 per hour)
Terms & Conditions: Term Time (20 hours/38 weeks), Support Contract

About the Role
Based at Duchy College Stoke Climsland, we are looking for an experienced individual to join the Student Engagement Team, promoting student wellbeing, coordinating and supervising enrichment programmes, supporting learner progression into further education, training or employment, and working collaboratively with staff to enhance the overall student experience.
Skills & Experience
Applicants must have strong communication and IT skills, experience supporting and supervising learners, delivering workshops, building positive relationships, and promoting inclusion, wellbeing and learner success.
