About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Senior Work Experience Coordinator to support the delivery, compliance and continuous improvement of work experience and industry placements across The Cornwall College Group. Working closely with the Work Experience Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality placement provision, maintaining compliance processes, overseeing work experience systems and reporting, and supporting curriculum teams to meet work experience requirements. You will also provide guidance and support to colleagues, students and employers, and act as the first point of contact in the Work Experience Manager's absence. Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have experience of work experience provision, supporting students, and working in a customer-focused environment. You will be confident using IT systems to manage data and reporting, have excellent organisational skills, and be able to review and improve processes. Experience of working to targets and collaborating with a range of stakeholders is essential. Applicants must hold Level 2 English and Maths, possess a full driving licence, and have access to transport to meet business needs. A Level 6 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification (or willingness to achieve this in post) is required.
