Cornwall College Group is seeking an Employment Coordinator to support learners on Employment Pathway programmes, including Supported Internships, helping them prepare for adulthood and the world of work.
You will recruit learners onto programmes, build strong links with employers, ensure placements are safe with PSQs and safety checks, and occasionally coach learners in workplaces to boost confidence and employability.
