Location: Cornwall College - St Austell

Salary: £24,838.84 FTE (CC24). (Actual pro‑rate salary for 30 hours over 40 weeks: £15,492.00 plus holiday pay £2,264.22, total pro‑rate salary: £17,756.22 / £14.80 per hour)

Terms & Conditions: Part Time, Term Time Only (30 hours per week / 40 weeks per year), Support Contract.

About the Role

Based at our St. Austell campus, we are looking for an experienced administrator with knowledge of Special Educational Needs & Disabilities to provide efficient customer service for the Additional Learning Support (ALS) team, acting as the first point of contact between the ALS team, stakeholders, and all external parties. The role involves delivering administrative support to allow for the ongoing operational duties of the ALS team and providing quick access to learning support information.

Skills & Experience

Experience within a similar role with a commitment to inclusive learning and a willingness to gain an understanding of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential. A sensitive and caring approach to learners and trainees is required. Literacy and numeracy qualifications, or a willingness to work towards Level 2, are essential (we will provide and fund your qualification(s) with us).
