We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused School & Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team. If you're passionate about building relationships, delivering engaging events and inspiring young people, as our School & Events Coordinator, you'll become the key link between Cornwall College Group and our partner schools.

You'll build strong relationships with careers leaders, teachers and other stakeholders, helping to promote the wide range of opportunities available across our campuses. No two days will be the same. From delivering inspiring presentations and attending careers fairs to coordinating Open Events and Experience Days, you'll play a vital role in helping prospective students make informed choices about their future.

Working closely with curriculum teams, Marketing Executives and colleagues across the college, you'll help create memorable experiences that encourage learners to choose Cornwall College Group. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires occasional evening and weekend working to support recruitment events.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with schools, education, learner recruitment or stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience organising events or outreach activities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Level 2 English and Maths.
