This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, getting involved and keeping things moving. You'll become part of the day-to-day life of the campus, working closely with curriculum and support teams, maintaining awareness of what's happening across the college and helping connect local activity with the wider marketing team.

Acting as the campus marketing champion, you'll identify opportunities, support recruitment activity, coordinate local marketing requests and help raise the profile of the college through effective communication and promotion. You'll also work closely with colleagues across the wider marketing team, helping make sure the activity, achievements and opportunities taking place at Duchy College are visible and well represented.

This role would suit someone who is proactive, organised and confident building relationships with a wide range of people. You'll be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of your area and becoming a trusted part of the college community.

We have excellent terms and conditions of employment. We offer:

  • Generous annual leave schemes – 25 days per annum for support roles, plus a paid Christmas closure of two weeks for most roles.
