About the Role
Based at our Camborne campus, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Installation tutor to join our established Electrical Team. You will be responsible for planning and delivery of Electrical Installation programmes to learners from Level 1 to Level 3 within the college environment. This will involve liaising with applicants and parents, offering accurate and reasonable initial advice and guidance during application and enrolment, maintaining regular documented contact with all learners during their study programme providing constructive and supportive feedback to aid their development and progress. In addition to this, you will be responsible for tracking your learners' progress in all elements including English and Maths (as required), setting timely and realistic targets for completion of tasks and assisting candidates with portfolio building.
Skills & Experience
Applicants will be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in an appropriate discipline and hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification, i.e. PGCE (funded by us).
