About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead marketing, schools liaison and student recruitment activity across two of our specialist land-based colleges.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, leading a talented team to deliver innovative marketing campaigns, outstanding recruitment events and impactful school engagement that inspires the next generation of students.
Working closely with College Principals, curriculum teams and the wider Marketing Directorate, you'll develop and deliver marketing plans that drive applications, raise the profile of our colleges and showcase the exceptional learning experiences we offer.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results. You'll have experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to motivate others, manage priorities and create a positive, collaborative working environment. Highly organised and an excellent communicator, you'll be confident building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
You'll also bring a data-driven approach to marketing, using insight and performance metrics to continually improve campaign effectiveness and support student recruitment. Experience of digital marketing and social media is essential, along with a full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly between our campuses. Experience within education or student recruitment would be advantageous but is not essential.
