About the Role
Based at St Austell Campus, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our established Wet Trades team as a Study Programme Manager in Bricklaying. In this role, you will be responsible for the Induction, preparation of Individual Learning Plans, Teaching and Assessment, Progress Tracking and regular reviews of our Bricklaying Study Programme Learners, ensuring all have the opportunity to achieve successful completion.
Skills & Experience
Applicants must have Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) Wet Trades Qualification in Bricklaying, plus a verifiable CV of experience in the industry. An assessor’s qualification is also desirable, and applicants who do not hold one must be keen to work towards a Level 3 Assessors qualification.
Hours of work
This role is on a full-time basis; 37 hours per week.
