We are seeking an outstanding Military and Protective Services Lecturer to join our forward‑thinking college. As a key member of our Military and Protective Services department at Bicton, Devon, you will deliver world‑class education. Your role will manage all aspects of the Study Programme(s), ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all learners. You will work closely with the CAM and be responsible for the learner journey—from marketing and guidance to progression, careers advice, achievement tracking, programme design, while maintaining high teaching standards.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong interest in all aspects of the Military and Protective Services (MAPs) to support the development of our learners and courses. You should drive and ambition to build on our reputation and strengthen the department.
Hours of work Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.
