About the Role
Based at our St Austell campus, we are looking for an experienced individual to work as part of our Creative and Digital Academy (TCDA) as Study Programme Manager for L2 Art & Design. You will work with the Curriculum Area Manager to develop curricula and ensure coherence between the assessment units and wider industry style projects, supporting students and helping them to make a smooth transition into further study, sustainable employment or apprenticeship. The post will include pastoral care through personal tutoring and you will collaborate cross‑subject with other departments. Developing links with local and wider industry is required. Your ideas and proactive action in recruiting to the course and ensuring its sustainability will be supported and encouraged.

Skills & Experience
- Qualified to an Art and Design relevant degree such as Fine Art, Textiles, Fashion, Ceramics
- Specialist understanding of 2D and 3D related subjects
- Experience of flexible teaching methods
- Ability to work flexibly across disciplines
- Experience of group and individual work
- Ability to cooperate in a team
- Experience delivering workshops and practical sessions
