Administrator - Curriculum Support

Location: St. Austell

Terms & Conditions: Part Time (18.5 hours/52 weeks), Support Contract

About the Role

Based at our St. Austell campus, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our professional support team. You will work as part of a multi-skilled support team to ensure all customers, learners, staff and visitors receive excellent service from our college. The role is exciting and varied; a can-do attitude is vital.

You will work with students at all stages of their journey from enquiry to enrolment to signposting. You will staff reception to provide a warm welcome to the campus on the phone and in person. You will use all the College systems from procurement, timetabling, H&S, the Pro Suite and log a job. You will liaise with staff on other campuses including Finance, Site Services, IT, Marketing, and Registry to ensure smooth running of the site.

Skills & Experience

Applicants must: have excellent communication skills for exceptional customer service; be able to use initiative to solve problems; hold Level 2 English & maths, a minimum Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent and be IT literate.
